Poster Printing: Home

The Medical Library provides free poster printing for OSU Center for Health Sciences students, residents, faculty, and staff. The printer and supplies are sponsored by the Office of Research to support participation at scientific meetings. Posters are printed in the order they are received and can often be printed the same day.

In Tulsa: send PDF files to michelle.p.green@okstate.edu

In Tahlequah: send PDF files to jennifer.brummett@okstate.edu

The Medical Library began adding posters to OSU-CHS's research profiles system (scholars.okstate.edu) OSU's institutional research repository (shareok.org) in February 2020. "No tweet", "no photo" posters will not be added to SHAREOK. Please email joann.olsen@okstate.edu if you do not wish for your poster to be added or if you prefer that it be added at a later date. 

• Official OSU-CHS logos and colors are incorporated in the poster templates found on this page. 
• Poster templates are formatted for the standard printing size of 56" Wide by 42" tall. 
• Using the filename format of "first name last name - first five words of the poster title - year of event" helps us identify your poster file among the dozens received. 
• Send Research Day posters to chsresearchday@okstate.edu , and in Tulsa: michelle.p.green@okstate.edu and in Tahlequah: jennifer.brummett@okstate.edu
• Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Symposium posters should be sent to qualitysymposium@okstate.edu
